Sewer & Grinder Pump

For any sewer service or if the alarm and/or warning light on the gray control box on side of your house (or your neighbors) activates, immediately dial 402-271-1908 (24 Hours / 365 Days of the year) to contact the The Grinder Pump Man digital pager and leave a call back telephone number.  Someone will attempt to contact you within minutes.

During Flood Conditions

If there is a need to shut down any grinder pump system in an area that is experiencing flooding then The Grinder Pump Man will take care of this.  The Grinder Pump Man would also put it back into service once the water has subsided.  If there would happen to be no one home at the time we shut things down, then would either contact you personally or leave a note informing you of the shut down.

Do not cover the grinder basin lid (typically green) with shrubs or heavy objects. There lids are removed for maintenance and also in emergencies. Do not drive or park over the basin lid as it can easily be broken resulting in leaks and contamination of the system.
