New Annual Membership Dues: $300.00 in May 2024

Effective in 2024, a $15.00 late fee will be assessed on membership dues that are not paid on the date of the Annual Meeting in June.

Unpaid Dues:

Our annual membership dues of $300.00 in 2024 are due by May 1st of each year.

The following lots have liens filed on the property for unpaid dues:

2018/2019: Lot 136, Lot 172,

2019/2020: Lot 172,

2020/2021: Lot 136

2021/2022: Lot 136, Lot 172

2022/2023: Lot 136

2023/2024: Lot 136, Lot 172

2024/2025: Lot 136, Lot 172, Lot 201


In accordance with our Covenants, effective September 21, 2020, a lien will be filed and maintained at Sarpy County on any Hanson Lake 2 property on which the membership dues are not paid by May 1st of the current year and are considered delinquent on the date of the annual association meeting in June of the current year.

Safety in our community is our top priority and the
Association Board is asking our members to voluntarily add a lot number
sticker to any non-licensed vehicle,
including ATV’s, UTV’s, golf carts and
dirt bikes, so that in the event of an emergency, accident or injury, prompt
notification can be made.
