ROAD SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • Our roads are public streets with a posted speed limit of 15 mph.

  • ATV’s, UTV’s, golf carts and dirt bikes are not considered “street legal”. Drivers must have a valid license to operate a motorized vehicle on public streets. Any vehicles driving between sunset and sunrise must have headlights on.

OTHER

  • Dogs in unincorporated Sarpy County are always required to be on a leash or confined by a building or fence. Any pet droppings must be collected and disposed of in the trash. Problems can be reported to the Nebraska Humane Society at 402-444-7800.

  • All owners are legally responsible for any injury or damage caused by the reckless or negligent operation of others who use your boat, personal watercraft, golf cart, ATV, UTV, etc.

  • All property owners are members of the safety committee and are responsible to follow and enforce all community and safety guidelines
